| We in Pelagic Sailing Club don't have much
paperwork, but here are a few forms that we do use. |
| Membership application |
| If you have not yet done so, and if you are
interested in becoming a member, you will need to fill out a membership
application form. You can get one at any meeting or you can download
it here.
The completed form needs to returned to the Corresponding
Secretary with a check for $70 made out to Pelagic Sailing Club. You
can email the form and give the check in person at the next meeting if you
wish. . |
Crew
Evaluation |
| Pelagic Sailing Club brings experienced
skippers and crew together. The club's mission is good sailing and good
fellowship. To that end, each crew applicant needs to complete three
evaluation sails with someone who has been a member for at least two
years.
If you are a member who is going to evaluate an applicant,
or a crew applicant about to be evaluated, or anyone else (for that matter),
you can download the evaluation form
here.

Boat
Owner Evaluation |
| Pelagic Sailing Club brings experienced
skippers and crew together. The club's mission is good sailing and good
fellowship. To that end, each boat owner applicant needs to complete three
evaluation sails with someone who has been a member for at least two years.
If you are a member who is going to evaluate an applicant,
or a boat-owner applicant about to be evaluated, or anyone else (for that
matter), you can download the evaluation form
here.

Membership Skills |
| Part of the club's mission is good sailing. To that end,
members may want a guide to "see the extent of their sailing skills." We have developed a list
of skills that members may want to check. It's a voluntary self promotional idea.
Click here if you want to see the list of Basic Skills,
and click here if you want to see the list of Advanced Skills.
Just for fun, you may want to print out the list and see how many of the items you can have done.
